This landmark installation boasts twin three-manual consoles, a freestanding casework with front and rear façades and 61 ranks over 58 stops, including an 8' horizontally-mounted Tromba del Giubileo 2000 that plays from all three manuals and pedals of both consoles. The casework is built of solid mahogany planks using tongue-and-groove construction, much like a barrel for fine wine.

The Ruffatti organ at Church of the Epiphany in Miami, Florida, was completed in February of 2001 and used for the first time the following March 17th, on St. Patrick's Day.
